Upon arrival at the park, all artisans are to report to the Craft Coordinator for site and parking directions.

    1. All booths must be set up the 10:00 am, Sunday. Vehicles will not be allowed in the park after 9:00 am. Sunday Before 10:00 am Sunday After 5:00 pm
      Early departures or late set ups are disruptive and possess a safety hazard to the public, therefore, any variations from the above times will jeopardize acceptance in subsequent shows.
    2. Artisans MUST personally be present at the Arts & Crafts show displaying and selling their own work.
    3. Booth locations may not be changed without written permission of the Craft Coordinator. Any disagreement which may arise will result in the artisan being asked to leave the park for the duration of the show. There will be no refund of booth fee.
    4. Artisans are to supply all tables, chairs, walls and roofs for their booth spaces. All structures much be of sound construction, able to withstand inclement weather and pose no danger to life or health. All arts/crafts are to be displayed in a professional manner and all tables must be skirted. Generators are not to be used in the part. Vendor space will be 20 feet by 25 feet (vehicle not to exceed 18 feet).
    5. Artisans are responsible for collection of all sales taxes and must display a vendors permit.
    6. Artisans will not resort to “hard selling” or “barking” and will show respect for other vendors and the public.
    7. Parking is available for one vehicle (not to exceed 18 feet) at your booth.
    8. No camping, consumption of alcohol or food preparations (other than recognized Food Vendors) is allowed in the park. All vendors are responsible for cleanup of their own area before leaving.
    9. Artisans are asked to keep their booths tidy. Leashed animals are allowed in the park. Municipal bylaws require all animals owners to scoop up their animal’s waste and dispose of it properly.
    10. The vendor is responsible if a theft from their booth occurs.
    11. This event will take place on the stated date at the Corunna Athletic Park – RAIN or SHINE.
    12. Any contract signed after May 1st, 2009, will be required to pay a CDN$10.00 late fee.

Note: In order for our show not to become stale, we will locate you to a different location from previous year, therefore enticing the people to shop the whole show. (Location will not be a major move; just not the EXACT location you had the previous year.)
